SALES AUDIT/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Sales Audit/Accounts Receivable Analyst based in our New York office who will be responsible for sales, bank, and general ledger reconciliations in a detailed scope. This will include several entities throughout North & South America. The analyst will accomplish reconciling sales in all forms of tender to actual payments received in the company's bank accounts, investigating discrepancies, verifying credit card processors' statements to bank deposits, and recording payments in the general ledger account on a monthly basis. In addition, the Sales Audit Analyst will respond to all internal and external audit requests and cross collaborate directly with the retail and corporate teams in their scope.

The Sales Audit Analyst will also be responsible for:

• Prepare Freestanding and Lease Department Store reconciliations
• Research all tender variances
• Monthly closing and journal entries
• General Ledger reconciliations
• SAP Account aging and clearing
• Intercompany payment applications
• Receivable and fee analysis
• Invoice internal and external customers
• Provide Audit documentation
• File and submit evidence for chargeback claims
• Ad Hoc reporting and projects

PROFIL

We are eager to speak to professionals who possess experience in Accounting or Finance specifically in reconciliations and who have sophisticated analytical Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables) skills. In addition, the ideal candidate has the ability to work independently, possesses outstanding time management and problem solving skills, is detail oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of SAP, GAAP accounting knowledge (expansive of journal entries), and previous retail industry experience and/or multinational company experience are a plus.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $30.00-31.00 per hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
